Study Quantifies the Frustrations of Parking

I was drawn to this article because it has ‘quantifies’ in its title. I enjoyed reading it because I’m generally interested in the infrastructure of large cites and the problems inherent in any large-scale human enterprise. Fortunately, I don’t find this subject interesting enough to further sabotage my sleep schedule by reading this 187 page study of parking in Lower Manhattan.
